@markkellr If you have enough wind turbine distributed over a large area plus some large flywheel storage devices.
It is more expensive than coal for sure but this because the coal in not priced as it should.
wind power doesnt save coal burning. if you are running a wind turbine you need to have a coal burning station running at the same time just incase the wind stops.
@MegaFridolin The Enercon one is designed for a location with very high winds (It also needs to be heavy to withstand those high loads) The Vestas one doesn’t exist yet, but should be lighter (per m of blad) … and yet extract the same amount of energy from a place with less wind (because of the larger rotor area)
@GeorgeFlush322 Of course they can. But what makes you think that the “yes we can guy” want any? His talk? He already has proven to be a big liar. And if he really want something like this he could just buy it and yet he doesn’t. He’s put into place to make you believe change is coming. And it works. You still are compliant. No revolution. The US is a dieing nation.
@MegaFridolin Well, the vestas v160 is built for offshore and the enercon e 126 is built for nearshore (near to the coast) or onshore. I personnally think the gearless generator is more efficent than a generator connected to a gearbox. But you’re right, I also think the liquid cooling of the E-126 makes it more efficent.
On December 24,2006 at 8 o’clock in the morning, a young 14 year old boy by the name of Scott Jackson was found dead.Doctors couldn’t come up with the cause of his death.His mother checked his emails to see if she could figure out what happened.Turns out he was still signed into myspace.She found he had gone to sleep after he read and didn’t repost a chain letter.if you don’t repost this to 6 videos a girl with no face will kill you tonight. sorry don’t wanna die
hay onyone got a clue why enercon has a 126m daimeter and gets 7.5 mw out of this thing and the vestas v160 needs a larger diameter to produce 7mw? is it all down to the gearlex generator and the liquid cooling?
@redsquirrelftw Me too!

@fishfuxors Well it depends from the average wind speed, but it will take about 3-4 month . And after half an year the owner will earn money.

@MegaFridolin it depends on the average wind speed for which it was designed
