is this true? ideas shd be paid more because they benefit more?

what if someone puts ten yrs work into an idea and the idea benefits billions? – shd the pay be related to the work or the benefit? – the developers of the tetrapak are richer than the queen: can we afford to pay ppl in proportion to the benefit? – or shd we compensate the sacrifice [the work, the time, the energy]? is the person solely responsible for the idea? or is an idea built on a cultural level?
and isnt the idea a gift of nature/muse/pegasus/mind?

letting the market decide is just laziness, madness, because we know the market is not fair [eg, the market paying for scarcity, which is not a sacrifice by the person - eg, bill gates raking billions just because of the scarcity built in to new technology - hgh dmnd, lw spply]

apart from the hrs of work, thought, development, etc, the idea is free to the person who has it – why do we pay for a freebie of nature?

the market does not pay in proportion to the benefit, but we justify high pay by the market reward

does stretching before working out prevents stretchmarks?

so last year i worked out ran on traid mill, benched pressed, i did squads, and other kinds of work outs, by the end of the year i did lost about 25lbs, but i ended with lots of stretch marks, in my shoulders from the bench press, in my butt from the squads, even in my legs, and in the waist, i want to keep excercising but i dont want my stretchmarks to increase, i know they will fade with time, and that i can use cocoa butter to soften them up, i drink a lot of water, my question is if i stretch before i work out will there be less chances of getting stretch marks, how can i tell if i m getting them, last year i would tell because it hurt alot on the area i got them. so my new routine is run a mile in a track stretch for about 20 minutes, then run around 4 miles and stretch for another 20 minutes is this a lot of stretching?

Does the Fuelles Heater work?

Creative Science and research sells plans to build a free energy heater that they call the Fuelless Heater. Has anyone gotten the plans and built it. Does it work? There are a lot of people now headed in certain parts of the USA into a very cold winter that could use such a device if it does work. Free energy is like windmills, dams, solar cells which is what the above device seems to be like. It is not a zero point energy device that you put nothing into to get out bilions of watts of power. I figured to put one of those fuelless heaters in my car to keep the windows defrosted in winter if it does work like they say it does. Here is the webpage so you can see what I am talking about.

How to create the ABSOLUTELY MOST AWESOME place to work?

I want to create the best, most rewarding, fun, and fulfilling work culture/environment ever. A place where employees would (almost) work for free and come in early/stay late because they WANT to. A place that unleashed the energy, passion, and creativity for every employee.

What do I need? What would it take for YOU to work there?

how does a wind turbine generator work?

I think I’ve designed a new wind turbine and I need to start thinking about the generator part. How does an electricity generator work in this case and where might I procure one in the UK?

Am I the only one who has this problem?

Any time I got out anywhere fun I seem to be anxious to get it over with and come home. I have a good time when I am out but find it hard to just be spontaneous. I have to depend on public transportion so I have to time everything by it to avoid waiting forever. On my days off I got out early and seem to be in by 1 or 2 in the afternoon with no desire to go out again. I can’t even go anywhere on my work days although I don’t work till late afternoon and have the whole half day free, it seems just making a run to the store exhausts me and the thought of coming home and having to go back out to work later fills me with dread. I like to be on the go but need to spend alot of time at home too so if I go someplace before going to work, I feel like my free time has gone too fast. I know other people who are out running around all day doing stuff and then go to work in the afternoon or evening but I don’t seem to have the energy to do it. Am I the only one who feels like this?
