I am 34 yr old wife and a mother to 3 kids, I work part time and take college courses. Not counting chores around the house, I dont have the energy to take an exercise class. Tried a pilate tape with a friend and enjoyed it wondering if you lose fat doing pilates or is it just for toning? I weigh 290 (looks less) and have a hourglass shape and am 5’7″ could someone answer my question about pilates and maybe suggestions on diets or websites (free)to check out.
