I need to loose weight, in a fast healthy way, please help !?!?

im an 18 yr old female, and lately i been taking a notice on how i dont workout anymore like i use to or drink any water. there is sexy pj/lingerie party/event coming up on april the 25th. its now march 25th and i want to loose weight ( well more so tone up ) by that date, and then just to over all be healthy like i use to no matter. im still in high school ( senior year ) id figure after all my classes id go to the gym and do 1 hour of power walking on the tread mill, then do about 10 min of arm work outs with the dumbbells, and of course i plan to drink water through out the day. at least get up to 9 glasses. what do you think are so good easy ways to loose weight fast and tone up my body overall ? also how much max weight do you think i could loose by april 25th by working out everyday, eating right and drinking water ? i hope im off to a good start ! thanks for any comments and advice in advance !

I did the apple cleansing diet. You only drink water and you have to eat 1-2 apples, your choice, every hour or every 2 hours for 15 hours. This is the first day it begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 11p.m.or whenever u go to sleep. Please take a multivitamin. The second day water only and have lettuce and tomato salad (you may add sunflower seeds or a choice of nut) only every 3 hours. Any fat free dressing is fine, but remember do not pour dressing over salad. This day starts at 8a.m. and ends at 8p.m. The third day have fruits and veggies all day do not add cheese or any other things. Fresh veggies, you can season them with lemon pepper or healthy seasonings. The fourth day drink water and go back to your apple day. Your bowel will be different and you will have more energy. You will lose approximately 8 lbs from water,but if u work out u may lose about 10- 15 lbs easily. U have to pace yourself when starting to eat meats and snacks again or u will gain more weight. You can do this apple cleansing diet twice a month.

energy from dead weight.?

energy is stored in any object. releasing it can be the trick. now if 500 lbs of lead is pressing against a spring that is just keeping lead from touching the ground, the spring is exsorting energy keeping the weight up. The energy in the spring can and should be able to be measured, as some type of heat, or measure the atoms that are being compressed. even if you could collect any energy from such a experiment you could use it for switching something Electrical or as a signal. it is energy. correct? it should be also free. Incress the weight, more energy. thanks for all input. Dave
Can I use this energy for any purpuse?. And once the weight is on the spring and it remains stable, thats what I want to use. it should remain usable for a long time, and using the right matereal it should last forever, being Relative.
and again, sorry, do you think that there is any energy In between the coils?
I think, that there maybe energy in between the coils. I just need to find a way to measure it. Maybe it has been tried, if so I would like to know, if not is anyone ever tried to measure such a test.?

is running on the tred mill about 5 times a week with 3 layers of sweatpants an sweat shirts?

and only drinking water (eating normally) with a trash bag on legs an chest a good and fast way to lose weight??
and how much w eight could i lose doing that 5 days a week until nov 15 im 5,4 146ish pounds

As earth gains weight, will it affect its rotation on its axis and its revolution around the sun?

Will the contniuous weight gain of earth affect the orbits of other planets and our solar system as well as the entire universe?

I have decided to eat healthy and exercise. Following is my exercise schedule in the week (5 days)?

I am 23 years old male, 5’11 tall weight 220 lbs. Obviously overweight and in serious need to loose weight.

Mondays – 60 minutes of high energy cardio conditioning workout that includes running, plyometrics, push-ups, core strength etc.

Tuesdays – 45 minutes of a strong workout with cycling intervals.

Wednesdays – 60 minutes of traditional yoga

Thursdays – 60 minutes of cardio again (repeat from Monday)

Sundays – 60 minutes of high energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines.

In addition to these classes, I also spend time after each class with free weights – about 15 minutes to increase my arm strength.

I have also made the following changes in my diet:

1. Whole wheat bread instead of white bread
2. Brown rice instead of white rice
3. Whote wheat pasta instead of regular pasta
4. Fat free mayonnaise and cooking oil/grease etc.

What results can I expect and when? Please advice if Im doing something wrong or more is needed

I really dont mind spending an hour in the gym everyday, so that’s why I’m giving it a shot. It’s really not that difficult when you’re in the company of good instructors and at least 10 others like you.

About eating between meals, I try not to do that. If I feel hungry I try to eat fruit like a banana or an apple.

Also, how many slices of whole wheat bread can I have in a day without it being bad for my health?

Lastly, I dont expect results immediately but I would definitely like to see a change in myself over a period of 4-6 months. Keeping a check of my weight right now is not easy as I dread getting on the scale :-(

MILK DIET-published in 1988 +/-. Where can I find it again? Good balanced diet. I lost alot of weight fast.?

The MILK DIET was a small pamphlet, offered for free, next to the dairy products in the grocery stores. It contained 5 to 7 days of recipes and some exercises. True I was younger back then, but I lost 30 pounds in 30 days! And I felt good, I wasn’t hungry and I had lots of energy while on the diet. Does anyone remember this diet? Do you know where I can find it again? I have looked all over the web and I can’t find it.
