im an 18 yr old female, and lately i been taking a notice on how i dont workout anymore like i use to or drink any water. there is sexy pj/lingerie party/event coming up on april the 25th. its now march 25th and i want to loose weight ( well more so tone up ) by that date, and then just to over all be healthy like i use to no matter. im still in high school ( senior year ) id figure after all my classes id go to the gym and do 1 hour of power walking on the tread mill, then do about 10 min of arm work outs with the dumbbells, and of course i plan to drink water through out the day. at least get up to 9 glasses. what do you think are so good easy ways to loose weight fast and tone up my body overall ? also how much max weight do you think i could loose by april 25th by working out everyday, eating right and drinking water ? i hope im off to a good start ! thanks for any comments and advice in advance !
