How long will it take me to lose weight?

I’m 14, I weigh 182 pounds, and I’m 5’9. How long will it take me to lose about 50 pounds?

1) exercise, 1 mile on the tree mill, 15 minutes on a walker thing (idk what it’s called, crunches, and weight lifting (everyday)
2) diet, (drink tons of water, eat fruit and veggies)
3) breakfast, lunch, and dinner (only)

LGBT…….help me plz……multiple problems……?

Okay I went to a modeling agency for catalog modeling but they saw my face and said I have little bit of baby cheeks and they rejected me plus they told me I am too overweight for this type of job…..I am 5 9 and my weight is 132 pounds which they said loose it to at least 126 pounds……………plz help me reducing cheeks and weight, my cousin is a model and he told me a diet i.e two glasses of water in breakfast along with one suger-free biscuit……..then 6 glasses of water in lunch along with 4 biscuits….and in dinner 8 glasses of water and two cucumber and lots of aerobics and thread-mill and do it for 1 week………..plz tell me will this diet be effective……..my mom and dad r stopping me in anyway possible and telling to continue with ur education and become industrial psychologist……….plz which one is better model or industrial psychologist…………thanks

impossible to lose weight due to back problems, fibro, and CFS?

I’m 34. I’m desperate to lose weight. I had worked hard and lost 50 lbs but it’s slowly creeping back on. I’ve been to doctors for these problems but there is no cure.

I can’t exercise more. I’m very active taking care of a small farm, so I am not lying around or watching TV. I just can’t do aerobics (it makes me feel TERRIBLE)

Every so often my lower back will flare up, making mobility very hard for a few days.

Food is the only thing that does give me energy, with my chronic fatigue. I’ve tried sugar-free diet, carb-free, South Beach, organic,macrobiotic,& you name it. I’ve tried vitamins,supplements, antidepressants,P/T

I tried walking to lose weight, and I ended up with shin spints and more back pain.

I’m still 80 lbs overweight. Too little to get my HMO to pay for a dietician and possibly bariatric surgery (stomache stapling). But it’s like carrying around a 80 lb boat anchor wherever I go.

Please help with a power lifting slow and steady diet.?

Im a powerlifter and right now i weigh around 138-140 lbs, last year i was in the 132 lb weight class and i intend to stay there this yeaer. I was kinda on a crash diet last season which consisted of a cup of Plain oatmeal for breakfast, drinking a Boost nutrition drink for lunch, and for dinner i ate a tuna salad with fat free dressing. This diet took alot of energy out of me.

I was hoping that anyone could help me lose about 10 lbs very slowly so that my body doesnt lose energy or strength.

I am a 33 year old woman, 5’4 and 138 pounds.Why are diets no longer working for me?

I used to be able to drop weight quickly. I have a major event coming up July 29th and have been dieting for 3 weeks, working out rigorously for 2 weeks. I tend to stick to low carbs as my way of eating normally which maintains my weight so I decided to do the CABBAGE SOUP diet for 1 week. I did not lose any weight I then decided to do a very strict induction phase of ATKINS. The first week I worked out on the Elyptical Cycle every day for 1 hour burning about 700 calories and 100 crunches with 45 lb weights. The 2nd week I worked out 5 days doin 1 hour 1/2 on the Elyptical or an Hour on the Elyptical and 1/2 hour walking briskly on the tread mill. I also ventured into the weight area using the machines for my legs, 100 crunches with 50lbs on the the weight machine and 100 crunches on the floor. I drink 1.5 liters (1.58 QT) of water everday. I am so frustrated as I have Not lost 1 pound in all this time. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone please give me advise?
