www.greenpowerscience.com This is Part 3 of the vertical wind turbine. You will have the basics for this process. The blades can be easily interchanged offering different shapes and materials to experiment with. This design can create turbines up to 90 inches in diameter and 15 feet tall.
Twin 1Kw WIndMax turbines on the a single Romh 25G tower, 53 feet high, three days after raising them. Light winds on that day not much going on but both charge the batteries pretty well at a 10 mph wind and quickly ramp up amps as wind picks up around 15mph. One turbine tends to shield the other if the wind lines up just right making one of little use. We will drop the tower next week and change the design slightly so ensure good airflow to both. “VAWT” “Wind Turbine” Feel “free” to use any of these “concepts” in your “windmill” designs. The wing or plate that swings on a vertical rod has been around forever and the rest are just “conceptual designs” that I came up with. An engineer proficient using AVIs stress analysis application could determine structural integrity issues using these drawings. Who knows; maybe someone will perfect this “design concept” and build them to the same height as the large HAWTs. I (think) “Vertical Axis Wind Turbines” have the leverage potential to produce more power at lower wind speeds. I am amazed by the large HAWTs and many of the modern VAWTs but I hope that engineers, innovators and last but not least, financial risk takers will continue to find ways to lower the required wind speed. Constructive comments are welcomed. If you do not have any, Yes We Can! works for me. Thanks for viewing.
I’m interested in the Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) produced by a Findland company called “Windside”. Can anybody who has one, or knows of someone who operates one, actually attest to the viability of their low-RPM alternator/generators, and wind turbine designs?

I’d like to use a small VAWT on a condo roof, or to power an electric car or truck, like this one:
THE MOMENT WE’VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR. OPENING THE STATOR MOLD. WHEN THE CATAPILLAR MAKE THE BUTTERFLY EMERGE. A LITTLE EXPLANATION OF TROUBLES AND CURES FOR THOSE PROBLEMS. AND THE FINAL STATOR GETS TESTED BY OHMS METER. .5 OHMS ON EACH COIL. AND THEN A FEW ADDED TID BITS FOR THE NEXT VIDEOS. THANKS. MUDDy Video Rating: 4 / 5
The vanes are (2) 5 gallon buckets cut in half, then at an angle to make 4 angled vanes. They’re mounted to a board, then a bicycle hub and emt conduit. It rests on my balcony railing for now and is easily removable. I have not tested it in unobstructed, optimum wind conditions, but will as soon as I complete the tower. I will use a similar design to generate a few watts of power some day. I hope this inspires you to build your own vertical axis wind turbine! Video Rating: 5 / 5

www.windchasers.eu, this video is a reply to alot of e-mails that I get, asking me HOW DO I KNOW IF A MOTOR IS GOOD FOR A WIND TURBINE, well this one was free from a skip just took me 3 minutes to undo 2 bolts from an old treadmill, NOW THERE’S LOADS OF SCAMS ON E-BAY, people selling anything as wind turbines, and over rating their motors for sale ,NOW get the knowledge and info for free BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING, visit my website, www.windchasers.eu, join the forum for free, become a member for free and see how you can build a good solid working wind turbine also for free, now isn’t that good advice DO IT FOR FREE, I will tell you how FOR FREE. Too good to believe well see my other videos and come onboard and introduce yourself to the forum members.thank you WINDCHASER
