Does anyone use flax seed in their food & drink?
I was recommended to use flax seed with my food to help my bowel movements become more regular, but it’s Canadian flax seed with senna, & the bag said that senna can give you serious diarrhea.
It’s not ground or milled, & it has other special fruits & maybe minerals in it. But I can’t swallow it because it’s sort of (hard to describe) maybe whole or dry. I’ve tried it with water, & it was too hard, big, & maybe chunky. It costed me $11, & that’s supposed to be the REAL flax seed mixed with other things.
Someone advised me to take flax seed with aloe vera juice to help regulate my digestive system.
I feel stupid now because I later found MILLED flax seed for under $2, but I think it was only flax seed, though.
I would like to power some home appliances such as computer and tv how would i select solar panels for this?
I have been studying the possibility of using solar electricity for home use. I have no idea of how it works, thanks.
If i have to go into solar business what do i need to do in order to convince the prospective buyers. There is so much lack of awareness.

floating storage question in relation to crude price?
I was reading an article yesterday about the increased use of vlccs as floating storage, something like 80 mill bbls on the water. This being a product of historically lower freight costs and extremely wide contango in the front to back spread of wti. But with the potential trend of the shortening of the spread as applicable over the past couple days and the increased demand of vlccs ultimately increasing the cost of freight: might this be supportive of crude price increases over the coming months?

Why don’t libbies, when they do their anti-war protests?
do anything productive? I mean, they could protest the war, by mowing old people’s lawns, or shoveling snow for older people. Wouldn’t this be a better protest and a better use of their free time and energy?
PS I do those for my older neighbors for free, so please don’t ask me, “why don’t you do it?”
I am 18, and what does, “having to enlist” have anything to do with this? I mean, with that logic, if you think there is an over-population problem, then you should kill yourself. Do see how stupid that is?

Or; Do they still use Plutonium for electrical power ??
With only a millionth of a gram of Plutonium within the lung which can cause cancer or death isn’t there a terrible danger of exposing us to fatal harm if a another accident were to occur??
