I started my diet lyk 2 weeks ago. 300 calories is the max per meal, 100 is the max per snack (keep in mind all healthy food) No soda, jus diet. Or crystal light ice-tea n a lot of water. Umm I do a 30 minute exercise routine wit 8 lb dumbells which is a good workout 4 me, then later on in the day a power walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I also swim n dance for fun. N e way, I lost lyk 5 lbs within the 1st week, now Its the second n I lost nothing! Will I reach my goal of 125 (Im 135 now) by September 5th? Please tell me wut Im doin wrong. Thanx so much <333
