My mom bought me a tread mill so I could run and I have been running everyday 15 minutes after dinner for 30 minutes or an hour and i’m only 10. I feel kind of weak everyday and I already have to run to get stuff 10 times for 5 minutes. I think i’m running a little too much because I also run a mile or 2 at school too. Am i running too much?(oh yeah and I barely have time to drink water and barely even free time because my mom has a restraunt and she gives me soda….
