I am 16, 5’5″ and I weight 121.5 pounds. Reading that you may say that I’m perfectly normal but I have a smaller bone structure so the extra stuff is fat. I need a way to sculpt my body because I’m going to be a councilor at a summer camp for 6 weeks this summer and I need to turn my fat into muscle and get in shape and especially have more energy to run around with the younger kids.
My main problems are my abs, thighs, and butt. I need a free way (online) to help with them.
I already eat healthy so my diet is not my problem but I’ll be honest and say that since I quit dancing and playing softball I haven’t really done anything physical. So it’s been about 3 years that I have been active constantly. I do have outings with my venture crew where we go hiking or mountain biking or swimming but that’s only about once a month.
