I’ve been trying to eat healthy, but I’m not exactly sure if what I currently eat is healthy or not. How can I tell if what I’m eating is good for me? This morning I had 2 Bob’s Red Mill Pancakes (made from his Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix) w/ some Sugar Free Blackberry jam on them. For lunch I’m gonna have a homemade salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and a few chunks of turkey ham. I’m gonna make an olive oil, lemon juice and mustard vinagarette to go with it. Finally for dinner I’m gonna make the Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie that’s on the back of the Bob’s Red Mill biscuit mix packet. Here’s the recipe for that:
2 cups cut up ham (I’m gonna use my turkey ham)
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (I’m gonna use mozarella, can’t stand swiss cheese)
2/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Biscuit Mix
1/3 cup chopped green onions (I’m gonna omit becuz hubby hates onions)
4 eggs
2 cups milk or water (I’ll use the water)
and 1/4 cup of oil.
For snacks apples & a couple of pancakes.

Lobsters are always red (they are actually Red Lectroids From the Planet Ten), but you can’t see that because they have some sort of illusionary power that masks their true identity. However, when dipped in boiling hot water they can no longer concentrate enough to keep up their illusion (this also works with magicians, mimes, and politicians – well at least it’s worth a shot). Ok, perhaps that’s not the real reason. Maybe lobsters are red because they are freakin’ mad. You’d be mad too if someone tossed you into a tub of boiling water.
