i came home from work early only to find our little town flooding from all the rain! i babied my car into the flooding trailer park and waded through almost 2ft of water and every time a car goes by my skirting buckles from the waves!! AAAAAAAHH!
Is it safe to have the power on? Should I try to load the kids back into the car and move to higher ground?? Its still raining!!!!
As far as I know it runs good other than the water pump, I can’t afford to get or pay the labor. It’s a burgundy color,driver’s door was hit and had a leak from rain so I put sealer around the rubber part of frame I knew the stuff was strong but didn’t think it would seal door shut.Somebody with power might get it to open.

I have a Mitsubishi Galant 94 V6 2000 engine, my problem is when i first bought this car it used to go through water like a boat, now the slightest rain that falls i find it a problem to drive my car as it keeps stuttering and shutting off sometimes it doesnt start back till the next day so i have to leave it on the roadside, this has become a major problem for me as i have asked many mechanics and auto electricians what could be the problem and they are baffled by it, i live in a tropical country where rain falls very often so you see why this problem has become critical, any advice will be appreciated. NOTE: I changed my original sparkplugs because i suspected them to be weak but still no improvement, no work has been done to the body of my car so no guards or water shields have been removed underneath, i have not lost engine power in any form and no other mechanical nor electrical abnormalities have been seen

I know there are issues with Nuclear power, but haven’t they figured them out yet? With all of the oil and energy problems we are having… The alternatives don’t look good either coal (acid rain, strip mining, mine disasters, pollution) Hydro and wind are good, but very limited. How much oild would we save in a year with Nuclear plants?
