what is the law with owning and/or running a solar panel to create free energy in the tri state area ?… i mean i want to power all my out door lights by solar power, so i dont drain energy ..about more or less 1000 watts worth or light bulbs around the house and pool … im just concerned on how to go about this … i have everything i need just dont know if the government or law will get in the way.. i heard and read in couple articles that you have to be regulated with the solar energy you generate and consume ?? i dont understand (thought it was free?)
i dont want to be hooked up to the grid… rest of the house will be using regular power source… i just want to power the lights outside …. maybe place the panels on the garage roof with a power regulator and inverter and a rechargeable 12v battery maybe like 2-4 of em so all outside lights can be powered during night time at full power

I have an easy set pool (wal-mart special) and there is white dust that settles to the bottom of the pool. Everything someone gets in it stirs up and water goes from clear to milky white. The clorine and ph are checking ok. I have a garden hose powered vacume with a filter bag, but it does not pick up the dust. How can I clean this out?

It was dropped into a pool. My husband took it apart, let it dry and not the power will only come on for an instant and then it does nothing. I don’t want to pay a lot to have fixed since it is about 3 years old but would still like to try and revive!

Is golf the only game in which it’s participants can come straight off the street in warm, everyday clothing and play all day without perspiring? Golf should be compared not to complex, high-energy sports like tennis but to low-energy games like bowling, pool, darts and curling.
Like the players involved in those games, golfers could never be described as athletes.
It is no mere coincidence that high-energy sportsmen of declining skills and fitness retire to the quiet, stress-free, physically undemanding game of golf.

These are tiny black hoses about 3 milimeter thick. There are hundreds of them. The whole thing looks like a mat on top of the roof. I tried sealing it with plummer tape, electrical tape. Home Depot told me that it doesn’t do any good. The solar company I contacted wants to charge 115 bucks to fix that tiny hole.
