Sick two year old, not sleeping at all!!!Help please!!!?

Any advice would be very helpful at this point. For the last 3 days, my two yr old son, has been sick. Right now it’s just runny nose, and coughing. yes I am taking him to the doctor, on monday if I can get him in. He has never really been sick, so we have been really lucky. The thing is, the last 3 days. It’s almost like he has had an energy boost. I dont give him a lot of sweets, so I dont think it’s that. He does not want to sleep, therefor I am not sleeping. I try to be understanding, but he is going for like 12 hour stretches with no nap. Then when he does sleep, which isnt until the wee hours of the morning. He is only sleeping about 5 hours. That is out of 24 hours. I want to help make him comfortable, and relaxed. I just dont know what to do at this point. If anyone has any pointers, please feel free to share. Also, keep in mind this has never happened before. So, I as well am still learning. Thank You!!

can a gear drive operate without friction? give reasons for the same.?

as we know that most of the gears in use today are designed on the basis of two curves involute (path traced by a point on a wire wound on a cirle when it is unwound along its circumference) and cycloidal (locus of any point on a circle rolling over another circle). lets take the latter case. as we say “rolling” it means friction has to be present (a condition for rolling to occur). the gear tooth faces transmit power by applying preesure along the normal to their faces (the direction is called line of action)…but if pressure only is required, can it not be done without friction….even if the above is possible, how is it going to affect the power transimission by a pair of gear teeth?

The internet, evolutionary theory, cars, studies of the origin of the universe 13 billion years ago, medicine, solar power, etc. are ALL the product of scientific research and observation. You depend on some, and reject others even though scientifically they exist in the same spirit. What is the principle behind rejecting certain aspects of science, while profiting from others?
If you reject science, please GET OFF the INTERNET!!
To some of you: the estimated age of the universe has nothing to do with carbon dating. It is based on observations of light travelling to the earth from distant galaxies which allow you to go back in time. Light travels at a certain speed so if it arrived from a very distant location it had to have been created a long time ago, i.e. billions of years ago. (a simplified explanation).

When will our government admit it possesses “zero point energy” technology, which is clean, free, energy?

alleges that our military industrial complex has reverse engineered, in covert military projects, extra-terrestrial power systems which could easily solve our energy “crisis.” The upshot is that the last 50+ years of oil and nuclear pollution has been unecessary, because we’ve secretly possessed this technology since the 1950′s or so. The Disclosure Project has 400+ witnesses willing to testify against the government in Congressional Hearings, but the political will-power does not yet exist because no one will take this topic seriously, and certainly not the US mainstream media! A 19th century physicist, Nikola Tesla, also made similar discoveries about energy — and his research is also heavily suppressed because if everyone could run their house, or car, or business from a zero point energy generator then the power companies couldn’t hook a meter up to it and charge you for the service. A 1st world standard of living could be sustainable with ZPE.

How can I build a high-wattage solar cell?

I am a free-energy enthusiast and am trying to build a solar cell in which the light that is reflected and focused by a parabolic mirror can power. Being that the light is focused, I think that it will produce more wattage than normal. However, I can’t find a solar cell that will produce enough watts or current for the 6in. circle of focal point. Maybe if the cell was more dense or something. This really has me stumped and I’d really appreciate any answers that anyone could provide. Thanks.
