Why do sins need to be forgiven?

Since God gave humans free will to sin, and humans by nature are sinners, it should be clear to god that we all will sin. Its like some twisted power trip making us appologize and kowtow to him for something he knows we cant help doing!

Like he strands us on a desert island with a glass of water and a sandwich and says you can eat and drink these, but its a sin. So if you eat and drink so to stay alive, you are a sinner and must beg me to forgive you. He gives us something he KNOWS we’ll do, calls it bad anyway, then makes us choose whether or not we should beg him to let us off the hook. Wierd.
no, we can’t help doing it. Eventually we will all commit some sin, regardless of choice. God MADE humans sinners!

God is meaningless. Pretty simple.

Were solar panels made by copying how plants collect sunlight?

In nature, green leaves collect light and produce energy. Is this what they copied to make solar panels? If not how hard would it be to make artificial leaves that would power our homes?

I was told I am a witch, because I believe in the power of crystals. I also am aware of my powers. But I believe in a man named Jesus, and god. I also believe god is within me, and within you, and touches everything. I think nature is a powerful way to heal. And I often find myself listening to the wind, and hugging a tree.
I remember my past lifes, and how I died. And I aslo remember being trapped in some kind of void, not because I was being punished, but because I loved someone so much, I couldnt let go.
Does all of this make me a witch? Or just someone who may be open to the possibilty of the divinity of god.
Birdsflie just to suggest the because someone who wears crystals is witchcraft is still a negative connantation, and proves to me that we must place people in categories for our own understanding. Then you suggest I am influenced by the devil. Why because it is something you have been taught to believe. I challenge you to break away all of your preconceptions and judge not others for the beliefs they have, but how they live their lives bases on those beliefs. You may find they are not evil at all, and you might have to structure a new way to believe.

Well its like this, I feel that my powers are weakening and am having difficulty in conjuring one of the primal forces of nature, the wind. Can any one help me with my problem and also I think my 3rd eye has been closed. I need a way to replenish and streangthen my energy.
and no I havent played dungeons and dragons.
Im not joking with this one. people When i was but a child I could do it with ease but now its quite difficult for me. I even summoned a powerfull gust of wind when i was young. yet now its streneous work even to summon a weak breeze.

Does an efficient alternative to gasoline really exist?

Actually, an alternative to gasoline, diesel, or oil.Will humans ever really find a form of energy fuel that is not polluting, and that could be developed by humans efficiently without having to exploit nature? Solar energy cars don’t pollute, but are much slower. Electric cars are also slower, and if the electricity is gotten from coal, there goes the clean, nonpolluting source. Planes need too much power to fly, so forget about solar or electric. ( i can’t think of solar or electric for an 18-wheeler either). Hydrogen did sound good at first, but then came the issue of turning cars into bombs or how costly it is to mass-produce hydrogen. Will speed and power have to be sacrificed some day in order to stop pollution and natural resource exploitation? Can the Earth’s magnetism ever be used to move ourselves arround?

I’m working on a top secret project that I want to make public eventually. The person must be compassionate and prove to have done work in the past to show their philanthropist nature. If you are in the LA area, we can meet and I can show proof, but you’ll have to sign a nondisclosure agreement. OF COURSE I’m not just finding people on yahoo answers. I network everywhere, but for a few minutes on here, I think it might help. The project has to do with a secret technology that could conserve energy, help the environment, and work towards ending poverty. It is tested and past development phase. Feel free to make jokes about this, but don’t email me if you aren’t serious.
