My mom bought me a tread mill so I could run and I have been running everyday 15 minutes after dinner for 30 minutes or an hour and i’m only 10. I feel kind of weak everyday and I already have to run to get stuff 10 times for 5 minutes. I think i’m running a little too much because I also run a mile or 2 at school too. Am i running too much?(oh yeah and I barely have time to drink water and barely even free time because my mom has a restraunt and she gives me soda….
Truck is overheating – I just replaced the head gaskets and valley gasket with british atlantic parts, also i had the heads milled to they were perfectly flat. The water pump looks good ( just took it apart today) : First signs were truck wouldn’t kickdown and was losing power. Then the temp needle went off the charts. Thermostat is good and is being replaced anyways. After 30 minutes on the side of the road temp needed did go down but truck had minimal power and was chugging around 1500 rpms – couldnt go over 35 on highway and had to stop every mile because of overheat – ended up burning 90% coolant – trucks been fine on 35 mile trips 2-3 a week but didnt make it on a 135 mile trip. Please help me out.
If so would it be pratical to use as a way to commute say in a 30 mile radius?
DALLAS — Wind turbines supplying energy to homes and businesses will one day line Texas’ 376-mile coastline if the state’s Land Office Commissioner has his way.
The turbines will stand about 10 miles offshore, enough to preserve the treasured view but close enough to make coastal wind power an affordable energy alternative still missing in the United States, Commissioner Jerry Patterson (search) said.
Last month, the office announced a deal with a Louisiana contractor to build 50 turbines designed to power about 40,000 homes.

If i hardly eat anything, drink lots and only water and run at least one mile on the tread mill a day & do crunches etc. can i lose 10 pounds by september 6th if im 5’2 and 120, i no the consquences and i do need to lose a few pounds so only tell me if i can and how much you’ll think i’ll lose k thanks so much.
If someone invented an automated computerized high power sniper rifle that could all by itself spot targets, engage and shoot. Equipped with infrared cameras and sensors and a powerful zoom capable of locking on targets as far as 1 mile.
Then he would plant many of those Robosnipers in an area of the city where he wants to commit a crime.
Would you risk your lives fighting against very effective machinery ?
Wouldn’t that have a strong impact against your morale ? Because you know those weapons would never tire, never need food and water, never need rest, could not be incapacitated by tear gas or other chemical weapons. Would be very resistant robust so they could only be taken down with Anti-tank charges. They would be compact so as to be as small a target as possible. And they would never miss: One shot, one hit.
They could find weak spots and hit where you are not protected.
So, would you risk your lives to fight cold and calculating hardware ?
