Could someone please tell me what movie this is?
Years ago (at least 10), I saw a movie about the alignment of the planets. I’d like to see it again, but have no idea what it’s called. I remember the characters lining up the planets on a model solar system, which opened a secret door leading to a hallway with fire in it. I think the Tomb Raider movie has a ‘planets aligning’ plot, but I saw the movie I’m thinking of before Tomb Raider came out. Any suggestions?
Thanks for the answer, but Pitch Black didn’t come out until 2000, and I saw movie-I-don’t-know-the-name-of before then. I read the summary of Pitch Black and I’m pretty sure the movie I saw was set here on Earth. Also, I’m positive I would remember the vampire-like creatures (I’m not big on scary movies, lol)!

Dis my Ferret Die Because He was From Marshall’s Farms?
So, 2 years ago I purchased a ferret from a locally owned petstore I had no idea there were “ferret mills” at the time. I purchased him with a “guarantee” that if he died within a year of my purchasing him, they would refund me. Of course i never thought he would die. So, i got him and owned him for about 2-3 months. I later looked up Marshall ferrets and was unhappy realizing he was from a mill, i didn’t mean to support it but it was too late. I loved him and we had a lot of fun together.
Then I went to visit my parents, 3 hrs away. We got to their house very late at night and I observed him drinking water. I then put him in his cage and went to sleep. I slept late from the drive, till 2pm, when i woke up, all his water was spilled out of the cage and he was laying at the bottom of the cage….dead. My mom said she had heard him scraping a lot, but he was always hyper like that so no one thought anything of it. It was absolutely devastating.
I figured out that he went a maximum of 10 hours without water (if he spilled it immediately when going in the cage). I called the petstore and they said i had to bring them the body to be autopsied for a refund, i was way to upset to bring his body 3 hours away, i instead gave him a proper burial.
Many people have told me that MArshall ferrets often die young because of inbreeding etc. Still, I always worry he dehydrated. I am wondering if that is possible in that time period? I sort of wish I got an autopsy but I was way too devastated to consider it. Since then i have had one ferret, he lived a happy life, but passed away due to a seizure from undiagnosed cancer. I guess ferrets are to delicate for me. Insight on why my first one died would be nice though. Thanks.
Why wont A Solar Powered Steam Engine Car Work?
I thought of this great idea to make a car that runs on solar powered steam. My friends say it wont work… Why?

“Green” Bicycle Race — Need Sponsor?
I’ve got an idea for a bicycle race where human power is combined with solar, wind, battery, and/or “braking generators”. You’d set a MINIMUM weight on the bike, say 250lbs to encourage folks to innovate and install other devices on their vehicle (or trike or quad whatever), ensuring that a professional cyclist cannot win without assistance from other energy sources. You’d establish limits on the dimensions of the vehicle when on the road, and different limits when parked (perhaps the rider would spread out solar power panels for stationary charging or turn its wheels into windmills). There would be 4 legs to the race:
1. Human powered (including any real-time charge that could be generated after starting the race with dead batteries)
2. Idle/stationary charge time (simulating the rider being at work)
3. Alternative energy only, and
4. Dual power.
DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT IS INTERESTED IN ORGAINZING AND SPONSORING SUCH AN EVENT?

lets just say it solves an age old problem involving one of the loudest musical instruments, and as far as I know there is nothing like it currently patented or in existance.
I have a business degree and work full time, but I really believe that this idea has potential. I have so money, so i’m not just looking for someone to throw money into some crazy idea.
