The individual only has the power given to him by energy. We have the power we have today, due to our use of oil. The human population has exponentially grown due to oil and is on this life support.
The goverment has a technology that could supply cheap energy to the entire planet. However, this goverment (NWO) and the Tiberians, an apparent alien race, agree that the individual human today has too much power and that society is on the verge of collapse…
In order to reduce individual power, they seek to let people be dependent on oil until demand outstrips supply, WWIII brakes out, and the population of Earth, artifically supported on fossil fuels, will decrease when fuel becomes scarce…
Then the NWO, can control the populace of the Earth through rationing—(oil supports arable land, fertilization, etc, etc—energy is our life support)…
Tiberians have given the NWO the free energy tech, but they beleive to hand it down to humans at this point would only embolden
embolden their chaotic instincts, and give them more power for “chaotic acts”—such as acelerating a large object to the speed of light and crashing it into a city…
with what we have done today with our current energy sources (crashing planes into buildings and blowing up Hiroshima with nuke) the Tiberians see it that giving the individual human on Earth more energy power would only spell disaster for the race….since it has not matured…
Therefore, the 21st century is on the agenda as a time for extreme suffering for the human race to increase its wisdom….and the decrease of its population…
Once the Tiberians land and establish their control upon the Earth, they will control using a totalitrian system and ration supplies…They will then slowly, assimiliate the human race into their combat arms through genetic specification…and to their beleif, and the NWO (new world order goverment), evolve us to the next stage necessary. …
