I do think it would be best to invest in electric cars and hybrids and solar cars maybe steam cars? and hydrogen cars and fuel cell cars

how do I combine two separate votages from two different generator sources?
I know how the step up or down transformer works or even a voltage divider. Would one us the same kind of transformer to combine a voltage from for example a alternative fuel generator and a wind mill to achieve suitable household voltage. possibly the ability to wire utility company source voltage so that it is the last resort for use when operating several energy generating sources? (note I am not trying this at home!)

Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Water Fuel Cell (100% Water Powered Car)
A working scale model of a Proton exchange membrane (PEM) Water Fuel Cell that uses the Hydrogen from Water to produce Electricity which in return is used to power an electric car motor. The Electrolysis procedure uses Solar power to disassociate the Hydrogen and Oxygen from water, the Hydrogen is then pumped into the Proton Exchange Membrane which produces electricity and powers Electric Car, Or any Electrical Device for that Matter. 20hp engine idles will not increase power when throttle at full speed pump works carburetor was cleaned?
motor will idle, when you increase throttle it stays at idel speed. Carburetor was cleaned, fuel pump looks like it is working. Oil is ok. All throttle rods are conected. I have sprayed starting fluid in the carburetor and the speed will not increase. When the hose is off the fuel pump fuel is being pumped. there is a wire at the bottom of the carbutor I don’t what electrial part this is. The other day I started it up and it ran at full thorttle like it should. So I strated cutting with it, went about a 100 feet and it died out started it again but it wound only idle, withe the thrittle at fast the engine would not increase speed. I have taken the air filter off and it still idles no speed. I dont know if this elecctrail or fuel problem. It is a Briggs & Stratton 20 hp motor on a ridding tractor. please help me

Why does the texans, have to pay a fuel factor for generation on our electricity bills?
AND IF WE CHANGE TO A PROVIDER WHICH USES AN ALTERNATIVE SOURCE LIKE EOLIC ENERGY, WICH HAS A 100% FREE OF POLUTION GENERATION, DOES WE HAVE TO BE STILL PAYING THIS TAX ?
