I used to be able to drop weight quickly. I have a major event coming up July 29th and have been dieting for 3 weeks, working out rigorously for 2 weeks. I tend to stick to low carbs as my way of eating normally which maintains my weight so I decided to do the CABBAGE SOUP diet for 1 week. I did not lose any weight I then decided to do a very strict induction phase of ATKINS. The first week I worked out on the Elyptical Cycle every day for 1 hour burning about 700 calories and 100 crunches with 45 lb weights. The 2nd week I worked out 5 days doin 1 hour 1/2 on the Elyptical or an Hour on the Elyptical and 1/2 hour walking briskly on the tread mill. I also ventured into the weight area using the machines for my legs, 100 crunches with 50lbs on the the weight machine and 100 crunches on the floor. I drink 1.5 liters (1.58 QT) of water everday. I am so frustrated as I have Not lost 1 pound in all this time. I don’t know what else to do. Can anyone please give me advise?
