Please help with a power lifting slow and steady diet.?

Im a powerlifter and right now i weigh around 138-140 lbs, last year i was in the 132 lb weight class and i intend to stay there this yeaer. I was kinda on a crash diet last season which consisted of a cup of Plain oatmeal for breakfast, drinking a Boost nutrition drink for lunch, and for dinner i ate a tuna salad with fat free dressing. This diet took alot of energy out of me.

I was hoping that anyone could help me lose about 10 lbs very slowly so that my body doesnt lose energy or strength.

My Fat Loss Diet (Please leave Critique/Suggestions)?

I’m 15, Male, 5’5, 170 Pounds, 20% BF and trying to lose fat. 5 days a week I do intense cardio and strength training. Below is the diet I’ve came up with to lose fat but have enough energy to undergo all of the training. Your comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Meal 1 (6:00 AM): 1 Packet of instant Quaker oatmeal, 2 hard-boiled eggs (no yolk), 1 cup of fruit, ½ cup Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Yogurt, Protein Shake (548, Calories, 72g Protein, 61g Carbs, 8g Fat)

Meal 2 (9:30 AM): Myoplex shake (270 Calories, 42g Protein, 23g Carbs, 3g Fat)

Meal 3 (11:50 AM): Half of tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread, 3 Rice Cakes, 1 Special K Bar (490 Calories, 27g Protein, 52g Carbs, 4g Fat)

Meal 4 (3:00 PM): Salad, Low-Calorie dressing, Half of tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread, cup of fruit, 3 rice cakes (415 Calories, 26g Protein, 34g Carbs, 2g Fat)

-Strength Training (6:00 PM)
Post-Workout (7:00 PM): Protein Shake, Fruits, 5 Rice Cakes (175 Calories, 5g Protein, 35g Carbs, 0g Fat)

-Cardio (7:30 PM)

Before Meal 5 (8:00 PM): 1 Cup Homemade Vegetable Juice (Cucumbers, Celery, Green Apples, Green Bellpepper), 1 Can of V8 Vegetable Juice (90 Calories, 3g Protein, 12g Carbs, 0g Fat)

Meal 5 (8:00 PM): Grilled Chicken with steamed asparagus, broccoli, green peas (400 Calories, 80g Protein, 30g Carbs, 10g Fat)

Dessert: Fat-Free Yogurt (130 Calories, 4g Protein, 23g Carbs, 3g Fat)

Meal 6 [Before Bed] (9:00 PM): ½ cup Cottage Cheese and peach. (80 Calories, 28g Protein, 6g Carbs, 2g Fat)
-1 gallon of water throughout the day.
Total –
Calories: 2598
Protein: 312g
Carbs: 276g
Fat: 32g

1 gallon changed to 2.
And I was told many times that that high in protein will be fine with atleast 1 gallon of water a day. I’ll be taking two.
Well I have already bought my protein drinks, but I’ll try to get more veggies in. Thanks for the detail Acceptance.

I did the apple cleansing diet. You only drink water and you have to eat 1-2 apples, your choice, every hour or every 2 hours for 15 hours. This is the first day it begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 11p.m.or whenever u go to sleep. Please take a multivitamin. The second day water only and have lettuce and tomato salad (you may add sunflower seeds or a choice of nut) only every 3 hours. Any fat free dressing is fine, but remember do not pour dressing over salad. This day starts at 8a.m. and ends at 8p.m. The third day have fruits and veggies all day do not add cheese or any other things. Fresh veggies, you can season them with lemon pepper or healthy seasonings. The fourth day drink water and go back to your apple day. Your bowel will be different and you will have more energy. You will lose approximately 8 lbs from water,but if u work out u may lose about 10- 15 lbs easily. U have to pace yourself when starting to eat meats and snacks again or u will gain more weight. You can do this apple cleansing diet twice a month.

Will a drink like Diet Sprite late at night keep me up?

Even though regular Sprite is caffeine free, the sugar would obviously give me energy, possibly keeping me awake. Since the diet version has no sugar, does whatever ingredient it is that takes the place of sugar have the same effect?

MILK DIET-published in 1988 +/-. Where can I find it again? Good balanced diet. I lost alot of weight fast.?

The MILK DIET was a small pamphlet, offered for free, next to the dairy products in the grocery stores. It contained 5 to 7 days of recipes and some exercises. True I was younger back then, but I lost 30 pounds in 30 days! And I felt good, I wasn’t hungry and I had lots of energy while on the diet. Does anyone remember this diet? Do you know where I can find it again? I have looked all over the web and I can’t find it.

Diet pill that really works with no side effects?

I have been excercising and eating healthy for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I need a supplement to take with my routine that has been proven to help lose weight and gives energy. I want to lose about 30 lbs and tone. Any weight loss tips is also greatly appreciated. My work out routine so far is:
25-30 mins cardio for 5 days, full body work out 2 days (including free weights).
