home, electric generator?

I want to make a very small wind turbine in the back garden, to get enough energy to power a small light bulb ( any type ). I was thinking about buying some neodyniaum magnets, and i have some insulated copper wire, and im willing to put some work into making a little turbine. Can anyone tell me if im on the right track? If so what is a reason amount of electricity to expect to harness, i intend to store it in a battery. Or is what i want to much?

What determines the power of a wind turbine?

Wind turbines generate electricity through magnetic induction. The blades turn a rotor lined with magnets through copper coils, thus generating voltage. The question is WHAT determines the power output. If the wind is constant, is it the strength of the magnets? Or the length of the copper wire in the coils? Any way a lay-person can figure this out and come up with reasonable voltages expected?

Is believeing in “Free Energy” a mental Illness?

I know one old man as well as hundreds more on the internet. They think you can find free energy if you just try harder. They spend like ,000 on phony books plans and schemes trying to get free electricity with crackpot inventions. They never stop and no matter what pictures or new stories you show them they will never believe its fraud. They just say well it wasnt built right. Is this a mental illness? One plan was just copper wire around a plastic cereal bowl and this old man paid for the plans.
