My website, www.2badmotorsports.com, is a competitive motor sports classified company and generates approximately 500,000 hits a month and hosts almost 100,000 unique sessions a month.
The site has HUGE potential but has been a free site until now so it has not generated any revenue. But with proper marketing the site will be successful.
The site was professionally built over the course of a year and has been live for only 4 months.
My asking price is $55k.
Question: The companies cash flow is now minimal. Should I put my money and energy towards marketing the website for service or use my marketing dollars to try and sell the site?
What are the odds it would sell for the asking price?
Suggest an asking price if you have an expert opinion. Also, please include any feedback with regards to the site if you have any.
thank you
