Im a powerlifter and right now i weigh around 138-140 lbs, last year i was in the 132 lb weight class and i intend to stay there this yeaer. I was kinda on a crash diet last season which consisted of a cup of Plain oatmeal for breakfast, drinking a Boost nutrition drink for lunch, and for dinner i ate a tuna salad with fat free dressing. This diet took alot of energy out of me.
I was hoping that anyone could help me lose about 10 lbs very slowly so that my body doesnt lose energy or strength.
