does stretching before working out prevents stretchmarks?

so last year i worked out ran on traid mill, benched pressed, i did squads, and other kinds of work outs, by the end of the year i did lost about 25lbs, but i ended with lots of stretch marks, in my shoulders from the bench press, in my butt from the squads, even in my legs, and in the waist, i want to keep excercising but i dont want my stretchmarks to increase, i know they will fade with time, and that i can use cocoa butter to soften them up, i drink a lot of water, my question is if i stretch before i work out will there be less chances of getting stretch marks, how can i tell if i m getting them, last year i would tell because it hurt alot on the area i got them. so my new routine is run a mile in a track stretch for about 20 minutes, then run around 4 miles and stretch for another 20 minutes is this a lot of stretching?

I don’t have time or energy to loose weight, what can I do?

I do home health there for alot of my time is spent on my butt in my car. I’m usually in a hurry so I grab fast food. I’m frequently busy around the clock and when I do have free time I’m exausted. I started to join a gym but couldn’t find the time to get there and work out before time for work or sleep. I started to walk in my free time but I get horrible shin splints. If I try to wait til I get home to eat (something healthy) I get sick and shaky. Help! Is there really a maricle pill? What are some healthy fast foods? (That will fill me up and keep me from getting the shakes) How can I get more energy, I’ve tried the energy pills and drinks. yuk.

Don’t you wish you could solar power your butt?

I get so tired. Too bad I can’t attach a battery to my rump.

What are the best exercises, available in a Gym, to target and tone belly fat as well as the butt?

I’m a single mom, needing some time to myself. My job offers free membership to a gym. I’m not severely overweight, according to some BMI statistics, I should lose 25-30 lbs. Being short, I’ve always been a bit pudgy, and lately, I’ve not had too much energy, I eat balanced meals, as often as possible. I know i could do workouts at home, but I thought that I could get some much needed time to myself, as well as do something good for me at the same time. My job, and my home life, are both pretty stressful. I take my family for walks, swimming, and riding bike, as often as possible during the warmer months. Right now however, I hardly have the energy to think about it, and dont want it to get any worse. Can anyone help me & recommend some exercises, available in a gym that would target the belly and butt in particular. Maybe, for the first time in my life, i could feel good in a swimsuit. Right now however, I feel like an ethiopian, pigmy. Please help!!!
