These are my main a rarest Pokemon on Sapphire, I have tons more Lvl 50+.

How do you fix a distorted suction cup?

I bought this “Desktop Punching Ball” and it was awesome for about 3 days when the suction cup becomes somewhat distorted and doesn’t hold on to the floor as well. On the box it says to put it in hot water for a few minutes.

Guess what after I did that it didn’t hold to the floor at all. Now it’s just messed up – with no suction power.

How exactly do I fix it?? How come leaving it in hot water messed it up even more (it still looks fine but it doesn’t suck anymore)

What is wrong with me!?

OK, I know everything there is to losing weight. I know to drink water. Eat several small healthy meals. I know to eat more fresh fruit and veggies. Increase protein and eat healthy carbs. I know to drink lots of water and exercise. I know all this. I also know I really want to lose 20lbs but, that does not seem to be enough motivation. Especially when it comes to exercise. Any suggestions on how to just make yourself do the exercise! Sometimes I think I am just depressed or just plain old lazy because I hate to exercise! I have exercise dvds, tread mill, weights. The whole ball of wax and I just look at that stuff and walk away!
