These are suckers that you suck on (along with drinking a glass of water) 30 min. before eating. Should help suppress appetite and get a burst of energy. Did anyone have any problems with the use of the suckers?

does anyone know where i can get some help online with a research paper?
im working on a research paper on alternate forms of energy that would be less of a pollutant on the environment. the research has to be “academic in nature” so it has to come from an academic journal or a magazine like time or newsweek. all the academic journals im finding online you have to sign up for a subscription for. does anyone know any free academic journals that i can use? or maybe some other academic source related to my topic?

Has anyone built their own wind turbine/generator?
I just need to verify my information, so if you know what you’re talking about, I’d appreciate your feedback. I’m mounting the blades onto a permananent-magnet Baldor motor scavenged from an old treadmill. The wires from the motor will run to a set of deep-cycle batteries and keep them charged. The wires from the batteries run to an automotive inverter to change the 12V DC power into 110 household electric, and from there into my shop where I can power my tools. First, is that all correct? And second, I’m told I need a diode in there somewhere so that the batteries don’t run the motor instead of the other way around. How does one wire a diode, and what kind of diode do I need?

Have you ever wished you could fly like a bird?
I’m thinking of learning to hangglide. I hear it isn’t as dangerous as it was 30 years ago when people pioneered it. Nowadays hardly anyone plummets into the hard ground and kills themselves. I can’t understand why I never looked into this before. It’s a little expensive for lessons but I could buy my very own brand new hangglider for around $2000. I think a hangglider would be as close to real flight as a human could get with the wind in your face and no engine noise. Atleast until somebody builds a flapping version.
